Here are the steps to change your email address/password:

1. Sign in to your chennaionline PPG service account and then click on “My Account” from the red strip that appears on the home page. (on the image to the left hand side of the page)
2. Now click on the “My profile” button that appears on top of the navigation pane.
3. You will see the option to change your name, email address, Mobile # and at the bottom you will see the “Change Password” link just below the “Save my profile” button.
4. Type in the new email address that you wish to use in the email and then click on the “Save my profile” button.
