I am unable to sign into my chennaionline PPG account?

If you are getting an "information does not match our records" message, then it is a password problem.

If you have forgotten your password, or if you wish to verify what it is, then:

Go to “chennaionline.photoprintsandgifts.com” and click on the “Already a member? Sign in” just below the orange “Join Now” button, click on the “forgot Password” link.

If you have the correct password, but are still having trouble signing in-- for instance, if you keep getting timed out, or kicked back out to the sign-in page-- then the problem is likely an expired cookie on your machine.

Here are the steps to clear your browser cache and cookies in different browsers.

Clearing Cache and Cookies in Internet Explorer®

  1. On the top toolbar choose the Tools and select Internet Options
  2. In the General tab
  3. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Cookies and click Ok.
  4. Click Delete Files and click Ok
  5. Click Ok
  6. Exit and re-launch the browser.

Clearing Cache and Cookies in Internet Explorer® 7

  1. Click Tools.
  2. Click Internet Options.
  3. Navigate to the Browsing History area and click the Delete button.
  4. Click Delete Temporary Internet Files
  5. Click Delete Cookies.

Clearing Cache and Cookies on Firefox® 2.0 and 3.0

  1. Click Tools and select Options.
  2. Click the Privacy Icon.
  3. Under the Private Data section click Clear Now
  4. Check the Cache and Cookies boxes
  5. Click Clear Private Data Now.
  6. Click Ok.
  7. Exit and re-launch the browser

Clearing Cache and Cookies on Google Chrome

  1. Click the Tools menu.
  2. Select Clear browsing data.
  3. Select Empty the cache and Delete cookies.
  4. Click Clear browsing data.

Other items to consider is if you have more than one email address. Please try all your different email aliases in the "forgot my password" area and hopefully your email address will be registered at chennaionline PPG service. If you have given access to your account to friends to add images or order please contact your friend to see if they changed your account information. Rather than giving friends access to your account please instead use our online sharing to so that you can share images with friends and family without having them directly accessing your account.
