Here are the steps to change your account user name:

1. Sign in to your chennaionline PPG service account and then click on “My Account” from the red strip that appears on the home page. (on the image to the left hand side of the page)
2. Now click on the “My profile” button that appears on top of the navigation pane
3. You will see the option to change your name, email address, Mobile #.
4. Type in the name as how you wish to have it on your account and then click on the “Save my profile” button.

Here are the steps to change your account password:

1. Sign in to your chennaionline PPG service account and then click on “My Account” from the red strip that appears on the home page. (on the image to the left hand side of the page)
2. Now click on the “My profile” button that appears on top of the navigation pane.
3. You will see the option to change your name, email address, Mobile # and at the bottom you will see the “Change Password” link just below the “Save my profile” button.
4. Click on the “Change Password” link and on the next page; fill in the Current password and the new password that you would like to use. Confirm the password that you wish to use and then click on the “Change Password” button.
